At the age of 52, Pastor Tim Schmidt with over twenty years pastoral experience was in need of a web partner to reach the millennials for the new church plant in Rochester, NY. The Pro Web Fire team was engaged by Pastor Tim to light a web fire for the launch of Journey Church.
To begin, the team dived deep into the mission of Journey and the vision of the pastor.Through strategic brainstorming and creative expertise, a digital outreach plan was established. The strategy was for the entire process including the website development, digital marketing, and on-going methods for outreach online

With a mobile first mindset, the mockup designs and direction of the website are formalized. Initial mockups of the site and sitemap are approved. The collaboration with the teams at Pro Web Fire and the church are in full swing.
The church team begins providing all of the assets and copy needed to create the website plan. The graphic design teams add fire to the creative elements of the website within the church’s monthly plan.
In the design phase, the team took the lead with bold ideas to create the new Journey digital brand from the website to social platforms. All of the designs were created with their target demographic in mind, the under 40 crowd in New York.
The team made steps to integrate a digital strategy that would incorporate heavyYouTube, Facebook, and Instagram ads. This included the design of unique landing pages, copy and a smooth follow-up process to increase church visitors.

The fire that was lit brought results and Journey was blown away on the Easter 2018launch service, With hundreds of people beyond the capacity, the main auditorium was packed and two overflow rooms. Every parking spot was filled and people had to be turned away. The process was a huge success taking Journey from zero to hundreds at launch in just six months.
