Journey Church

With more than 20 years of pastoral experience, 52-year-old Pastor Tim Schmidt needed a web partner to reach millennials for a new church plant in Rochester, NY.  The Pro WEBFIRE team helped Pastor Tim light a web fire for the launch of Journey Church through creative and strategic brainstorming. This included a digital outreach plan focused on website development, digital marketing, and on-going outreach methods.

PROCESS

The first stage on our road to creating a more engaging online presence for your church is working diligently to create a digital plan of action that helps maximize your impact, reach, and overall growth. Our strategy sessions will lead to a framework carefully built around your audience, location, and overall goals; all based on your chosen monthly plan.

PROCESS

This is the opportunity for churches to approve website and digital outreach concepts that include an engaging visual storytelling and a streamlined user experience. Mockup designs and direction are formalized, and initial sitemaps are approved. Collaboration is in full swing and assets and copy needed to create the site plan are moved into action. Our graphic team also adds fire to the creative elements based on the monthly plan.

Once Pastor Tim agreed on the path set forth for Journey Church, we ran with our bold and creative ideas that included digital branding, website development and social platforms. All designs were focused on the under-40 New York demographic with a heavy focus on accessibility via YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as landing pages, copy, and a smooth follow-up process.

Journey Church

After everything had been approved and a bold digital strategy was forged in the fires of development, we established everything needed for our launch plan, including website social ads and digital marketing buildouts. Seamless brand integration was also interlaced throughout the entire development process. 

PROCESS

Things really start to catch fire and come alive as tangible assets take form. Web developers begin to forge pages in preparation for launch as the creative director, graphic designers, and web developers work together to ensure the plan comes together. The homepage and interior layouts are designed with the visitor in mind, as visual elements are woven into a dynamic, mobile-friendly site accessible by everyone.

PROCESS

The web fire is ignited and the Pro WEBFIRE team fans the flames! The website goes live and all the hard work and decisions that have been put together lead to the first measurable results of our efforts. Digital strategies are implemented across social platforms and more people are being engaged by the moment. Data is measured and adjusted as required.

Our first priority was building a strategy that supported Journey Church in every aspect of launch and sustainability. This includes both the new website and digital marketing strategies to ensure excitement meets consistency as the new church and a daily influx of people who need ministry in the community come together in harmony.

Journey Church

When all was said and done Journey Church was blown away on its 2018 Easter launch as hundreds of people, well beyond capacity, packed the main auditorium and two overflow rooms. Every parking spot was filled and people (unfortunately) had to be turned away to ensure overall safety and support. This allowed Journey to grow from zero people to hundreds in their congregation within just six months. They’ve continued to experience rapid growth throughout the process.
